Step 1: Start with a shine serum all over locks to create manageable hair.
Step 2: Use a 2-inch curling iron for loose waves.
Step 3: Create a side part. Twist sides back, pinning with bobby pins as you move down the head.
Step 4: Finish with a medium-hold hairspray on the twists and a light-hold spray on the waves.
