Ellen Pompeo's curly ponytail has a pretty pompadour pouf up front.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Start with curly hair.
Step 2: Take a two-inch section on top and hold it straight up. Use a tight-toothed comb and backcomb in short strokes along the back of the section down toward your scalp. Repeat with all sections on top of your head.
Step 3: Use a natural bristle brush to smooth the surface of the top of your hair as your gather all of your hair and place into a ponytail in back. Lock in your style by misting it with hairspray.
