Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair. Using a round brush, blow dry two-inch sections forward while rolling the ends under.
Step 2: Wrap just the ends of a one-inch section around a large curling iron and hold in place for a few seconds to set the curl. Release and repeat, rolling most hair under but the front pieces back.
Step 3: Use a dab of pomade on your fingers to pinch the ends of your bangs and create a piece-y texture. Mist with shine spray for added luster and hairspray for hold.
