Mist damp hair with texturizing spray and then blow dry haphazardly while shaking out your hair with your fingers. Create a perfect center-part. Take a two-inch section on each side of the part at the front hairline and produce a twist with each section. Pin into place. Mist with shine spray for added luster and hairspray for hold.
