Hilary Duff is simply stunning with pushed-over bangs, piece-y curls around the edges and neatly pinned back bits in front.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Apply a handful of volumizing mousse onto damp hair. Using a paddle brush, blow dry two-inch sections straight. Switch to a vent brush for your bangs.
Step 2: Spritz a two-inch section of dry hair with styling spray. Starting about five inches away from your scalp, wrap the section loosely around a large curling iron. Hold in place for a few seconds to set the curl and then release. Repeat with sections in front, rolling all curls in toward your face.
Step 3: Take a two-inch piece from each side and clip them together low in back.
