With tucked back pieces in front and slight teasing on top, Hilary Duff sweeps her smooth length back into a neat, low ponytail.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Start with smooth, dry hair. Isolate a halo section at the highest point on top of your head.
Step 2: Take a two-inch section within the halo and hold it straight up. Use a tight-toothed comb and backcomb in short strokes along the back of the section down toward your scalp. Repeat with all sections within the halo.
Step 3: Avoiding the front, use a natural-bristled brush and smooth the hair over the surface as you direct it back into a low ponytail. Secure with a coated elastic band. Tuck the front behind your ears.
