Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto towel-dried hair. Use a round brush to blow dry and roll two-inch sections under and in toward your face.
Step 2: Wrap the ends of a two-inch section around an extra-large curling iron. Hold in place for a few seconds to set the curl and then release. Repeat while rolling hair under.
Step 3: Run a natural bristle brush through your hair to create a flowing roll under. Apply a few drops of shine serum onto your hands and then run your palms over your hair to smooth the surface.
