Start with dry tousled waves that have a hit of volume at the roots. Take a two-inch section from one side and pin it back. Repeat on the other side. Continue pinning back random one-to-two-inch sections until all hair is pinned up except for random wisps of hair. Mist with hairspray to hold everything into place.
