Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair. Blow dry in two-inch sections using a vent brush to lift roots up and build volume.
Step 2: Mist a one-inch thick vertical section of hair with styling spray. Avoid the very top and wrap the section around a large curling iron and direct the curl away from your face. Hold for a few seconds to set and then release and repeat until all hair is done.
Step 3: Rake a wide-toothed comb through your hair in the direction of the curls to create a soft outward roll.
