Julianne Hough brings Old Hollywood hairstyles back to the red carpet.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Blowdry hair straight with a large round brush, adding mousse to your roots and pulling hair out and away from the scalp as you dry. Set hair in a deep side part.
Step 2: Use a medium barrel curling iron to curl hair in 1-½ inch locks, in towards your face and jaw line. When curls are set, pull the iron through the bottom of the curl, leaving it intact.
Step 3. Once all of your ends are curled, spray hair with a shine serum and set with hairspray.
