A messy, off-center part and slight lift on top round into a delicately volumized look for Julianne Hough.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair. Blow-dry two-inch sections at a time using a large round brush. Lift slightly at the roots and then roll the section around the brush several times to create a gentle bend.
Step 2: Once dry, quickly roll two-inch sections of hair onto large Velcro rollers before hair cools from the blow dryer.
Step 3: Allow to set for 10 minutes and then unwind the rollers and finger-style hair into shape. Mist with shine spray for added luster and hairspray for long-lasting hold.
