Step 1: Add shine serum to wet locks and blow dry while pulling roots taut with fingers.
Step 2: Once hair is dry, use a small curling iron to coil 1-inch sections of hair. Break up tight curls with your fingers.
Step 3: Mist with hairspray and add serum at the roots to tame stray hair.
