Hair stylist Renato Campora was inspired by a 50s pin-up girl when creating Katy Perry’s voluminous hairstyle at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards.

Step 1: Renato first applied KMS California ADDVOLUME styling foam to wet hair. Then, he blew it out using a large round brush to create volume.

Step 2: Next, Renato parted her hair down the middle and applied KMS California FREESHAPE hot flex spray to ensure the style would last all night. 

Step 3: He used a 1 ½ inch curling iron to smooth the hair and create texture.

Step 4: To seal the look, Renato added a drop of KMS California SILKSHEEN polishing serum and finished with KMS California HAIRPLAY dry touch-up for instant, weightless surface conditioning.
