At the VH1 Divas concert, Kelly Osbourne wore her purple hair in a retro ponytail.

 Step 1: Tease the hair at the top of the head, spraying with flexible hold hairspray to create volume.

Step 2: Create a side part. Pull all of the hair back into a ponytail at the nape of the neck, leaving a front piece out.

Step 3: Pull the front piece back and twist it around the ponytail, pinning to secure.
