Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto towel-dried hair and blow-dry two-inch sections with a large round brush while lifting at the root to enhance volume.
Step 2: Mist a one-inch section with styling spray. Place a hot roller at the bottom, roll it up to the roots and clip in place. Repeat all over, rolling curls in toward the face and alternating direction of the curl everywhere else.
Step 3: Allow to cool. Remove clips. Use a dab of styling cream on fingers to adjust curls into shape. Spritz with hairspray to hold.
