A slightly tousled finish and flipped up ends spices up Keri Russell's above-shoulder bob.
Styling Tip
Distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair. Blow dry two-inch sections at a time using a large round brush. Lift slightly at the roots and then roll the section around the brush several times to create a gentle bend. On the bottom, switch to a smaller brush and flip the ends up. Rub styling cream on your fingers and run them through your hair to create soft definition.
