Step 2: Smooth a flat iron over half-inch sections to set a sleek finish.
Step 3: Leaving center-parted bangs out in front, smooth the strands back into a high ponytail and secure with a coated elastic band. Create a three-strand braid through the length and secure the ends with an elastic band. Wrap the braid around the base of the ponytail, tuck the ends in and pin securely into place.
