Ke$ha's over-the-top hairstyle features a lengthy fishtail braid and sky-high pompadour.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Take a two-inch section of dry hair and hold it straight up on top. Use a tight-toothed comb and backcomb in short strokes along the back of the section toward your scalp. Repeat with all sections on top of your head.
Step 2: Use a natural bristle brush and smooth the hair on the surface as you gather it all in back. Twist and pin into place in back with the ends upward.
Step 3: Choose extensions similar to your hair color and place into a ponytail using a coated elastic band. Separate hair in thirds, then create a tight fishtail braid wrapped around the ribbon of your choice. Clip into place underneath your own hair, sweep the length to one side, and mist with hairspray for all-day hold.
