Flared out ends give Kim Raver's above-the-shoulder bob a fun shape.
Use your fingers to evenly distribute a dollop of mousse onto towel-dried hair. Blow dry one-inch sections of hair straight with a vent brush. Create a side-part and bend the ends outward using a flat iron on one-inch sections. Use a dab of pomade on your fingers to pinch the ends and create a piece-y texture. Spritz with hairspray to lock in your style.
