Lauren Conrad edges up her hairstyle with ice blue highlights throughout her shiny waves.

Step 1: Mix a quarter-size amount of styling lotion with a few drops of shine serum and apply onto damp hair. Blow dry two-inch sections straight with a paddle brush and then create a slightly off-centered middle-part.
Step 2: Spritz a one-inch section with styling spray and, starting several inches away from your scalp, wrap it around a medium curling iron. Hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat all over while alternating curl direction until all hair is wavy.
Step 3: Lightly coat your fingers with shine serum and run through your hair to break up the curl. Add ice blue highlights through the length for some fun and finish off with hairspray.
