With pinned-back sections on the sides, fluttering waves add movement and texture through Leighton Meester's lengthy hairstyle.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair and blow dry two-inch sections straight with a paddle brush.
Step 2: Spritz a one-inch section with styling spray. Twist the section as you wrap it around a medium curling iron. Hold for a few seconds to set the curl and release. Repeat, alternating curl direction until all of your hair is wavy.
Step 3: Run your fingers through your hair to break up the curls and coax fullness. Take a two-inch section on each side and pin together in back. Spritz with hairspray to hold.
