Step 1: Work a pea-size amount of styling lotion onto damp hair. Using a paddle brush, blow-dry two-inch sections straight.
Step 2: Once dry, spritz one-inch sections of hair with styling spray, then wrap just the lower portion of your hair tightly around an extra large curling iron. Hold the section in place for a few seconds to set the curl, then release. While curling, roll hair away from your face in front and in alternating directions in back.
Step 3: After all curls are set, coat your fingers with shine serum and rake through hair to instill subtle movement.
