A fun, fabulously floppy hat tops off Lindsay Lohan's ultra-long and wavy tresses.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Work a handful of mousse onto damp hair and blow dry two-inch sections straight with a paddle brush.
Step 2: Spritz a two-inch section with styling spray. Twist the section as you wrap it around a large curling iron. Hold for a few seconds to set the curl and release. Repeat, alternating curl direction until all of your hair is wavy.
Step 3: Run your fingers through your hair to break up the curls and coax fullness. Spritz with hairspray to hold and then add a favorite hat.
