Perky roots, piece-y bangs and flick-y ends give Lisa Rinna's short hairstyle a playful vibe.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Distribute a pea-size amount of styling lotion mixed with a few drops of shine serum onto damp hair and apply a dollop of mousse onto just the roots. Blow dry two-inch sections with a large round brush while lifting at the roots slightly to enhance volume.
Step 2: Once dry, create a side part and push your bangs forward and to one side. Use a flat iron to slightly bends the ends out.
Step 3: Use a dab of styling cream on your fingers to pinch the ends and create a piece-y texture.
