Step 2: Avoiding the top six inches, twist a one-inch section of hair before wrapping around a medium curling iron. Hold the section in place for a few seconds to set, release and repeat all over.
Step 3: Lightly coat your fingers with shine serum and run through hair to break up the curl. Spritz with hairspray to lock in your look.
