Step 1: Apply a handful of volumizing mousse onto damp hair. Blow-dry while using a round brush to move two-inch sections forward, rolling the ends under and in toward your face. Create a slight side part.
Step 2: Wrap just the ends of a one-inch section around an extra-large curling iron. Hold the section in place for a few seconds to set the curl. Release and repeat rolling all of your hair under.
Step 3: Run fingers through hair to break up the curls and coax fullness. Mist with shine spray for added luster and hairspray for hold.
