Activate your natural texture by applying a handful of volumizing mousse and scrunch drying with a diffuser. Twist dry pieces with tacky pomade or stiff wax and tousle as needed, then tie it all up with a big floppy bow. Don’t forget lots and lots of hairspray to make it all stick.
Next, use a black pencil to line both upper and lower lashlines. Fill out your brows with a hair-matching brow pencil, and then dot a classic beauty mark above the right side of you lip. Line your lips with red pencil, then fill them in with a matte red lipstick. To complete the totally retro look, add bangles, beads and one oversized dangle earring.
