Step 1: Apply a handful of volumizing mousse onto damp hair and spritz styling spray at the scalp. Blow-dry two-inch sections with a large round brush while lifting at the root to enhance volume. Turn the brush several times to add roundness to the length.
Step 2: Take a two-inch section of dry hair, spritz with more styling spray and roll under with a large curling iron. Pin sections under and finger-style curls around your face.
Step 3: Lock in your style by misting liberally with a firm hold hairspray.
