With a hint of lift on top, a soft, luster-filled wave works through Mariska Hargitay's shoulder-touching hairstyle.

Step 1: Mix a dime-size amount of styling lotion with a few drops of shine serum and apply onto damp hair. Blow dry two-inch sections using a large round brush while lifting at the root for subtle volume. Once dry, create a side-part.
Step 2: Spritz a one-inch section with styling spray and wrap it around a medium curling iron. Hold for a few seconds to set and then release. Repeat all over, alternating curl direction until all hair is wavy.
Step 3: Lightly coat your fingers with shine serum and run through your hair to break up the curl.
