Robust volume and flared out layers give Mary Louise Parker's long, wavy strands a flirty and fun look.
Step 1: Apply a handful of volumizing mousse onto damp hair. Blow dry two-inch sections while using a large round brush to apply slight upward tension at the roots and then softly roll the ends under.
Step 2: Mist a one-inch section of hair with styling spray. Avoiding the very top, wrap the section around a large curling iron and direct the curl away from your face. Hold for a few seconds to set the curl and then release and repeat until all hair is done.
Step 3: Run fingers through hair to break up the curls and coax fullness.
