Start with dry, slightly bodified hair. Allowing a big swoop through your bangs, sweep your length over the top and to one side and pull through a coated elastic band just once. Start to pull your hair through a second time but instead allow the band to seize the hair in place and allowing loops, swirls and bends to form. Also leave the ends randomly sprigging upward and out. Harness the top with a decorative headband and then mist all over with hairspray to provide event-long hold.
