Step 1: Using your fingers, distribute a dollop of mousse onto towel-dried hair.
Step 2: Blow-dry two-inch sections at a time using a large round brush. Roll each section around the brush several times to create a gentle bend at the ends.
Step 3: Lightly wrap just the lower portion of two-inch section of dry hair around an extra-large curling iron. Hold in place for a few seconds to set the curl and release. Run your fingers through your length to break up the curls and finish off with a light mist of hairspray for all-day hold.
