Step 1: Using your fingers, distribute a dollop of mousse onto towel-dried hair. Blow dry hair while using a round brush to move two-inch sections forward, rolling the ends under and in toward your face.
Step 2: Mist just the ends of a one-inch vertical section with styling spray and then wrap it around a large curling iron. Hold the section in place for a few seconds to set the curl and then release, and repeat rolling all hair forward.
Step 3: Mist with shine spray for added luster and hairspray for hold.
