Step 1: Start with dry, loosely wavy hair. Isolate a halo section of hair on top of your head.
Step 2: Take a two-inch section within the halo and hold it straight up. Use a tight-tooth comb and backcomb in short strokes along the back of the section toward your scalp. Repeat with all sections within the halo.
Step 3: Divide halo section in half and create a center-part. Twist each section and then pin back. Mist with hairspray for the perfect finish.
