Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair and then mist just the roots with styling spray. Blow dry two-inch sections at a time, using a large round brush. Lift at the roots and then roll the section around the brush several times to create a bend through the top.
Step 2: Wrap just the ends of a two-inch section around an extra-large curling iron. Hold in place for a few seconds to set the bend and then release. Repeat while rolling all the ends under.
Step 3: Spritz with hairspray to finish.
