Step 1: Apply a quarter-size amount of lightweight styling lotion onto damp hair and then work a dollop of mousse in at the root on top. Blow dry two-inch sections at a time with a large round brush. Lift slightly at the root on top for volume and then roll the ends under.
Step 2: Quickly roll two-inch sections onto large Velcro rollers before hair cools from the blow dryer. Allow to set for 10 minutes and then unwind the rollers and finger-style into shape.
Step 3: Mist with hairspray for all-day hold.
