Step 1: Apply a pea-size amount of styling lotion onto damp hair and blow-dry two-inch sections with a paddle brush.
Step 2: Spritz just the ends of a two-inch section with styling spray and wrap loosely around a large curling iron. Hold for a few seconds to set the curl, release and repeat until all hair is done.
Step 3: Run your fingers through your hair to break up the curls and coax fullness. Spritz with hairspray to lock in your style.
