Mist damp hair with texturizing spray and then blow-dry haphazardly while shaking out your hair with your fingers. While your hair is still warm from blow-drying, roll a two-inch section around three fingers and pin up at the root to cool. After 10-15 minutes, remove the pins and finger-style hair into shape. Add jeweled headband along your hairline to complete the look.
