Long, wispy bangs and curly ends add soft movement through Paris Hilton's volumized hairstyle.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair and spritz just the roots on top of your head with styling spray. Blow-dry two-inch sections with a round brush while turning several times to add roundness to the length.
Step 2: Curl just the ends by misting a one-inch section with styling spray and wrapping around a large curling iron. Hold in place for a few seconds to set, then release, and repeat until all sections are curled.
Step 3: Run fingers through hair to break up curls and twist piece-y sections within your bangs.
