Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair and blow-dry two-inch sections with a vent brush.
Step 2: Mist a one-inch section of dry hair with styling spray and wrap just the lower part around a medium curling iron. Hold in place for a few seconds to set the curl. Release and repeat until all sections are curled.
Step 3: Undo the curls with your fingers and create a deep side part. Sweep your length back while twisting hair low and to one side. Secure into place with a jeweled barrette.
