Soft curls are loosely pinned back to create a young and glamorous hairstyle for Rumer Willis.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Mist a two-inch piece of dry hair from roots to ends with styling spray. Place a medium hot roller at the bottom, roll it up to the roots and clip in place. Repeat all over and let the rollers cool for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Remove clips and rake your fingers through the curls to break them up.
Step 3: Take a two-inch section of hair, twist it slightly and loosely pin it back. Continue with random sections until all hair is up. End with a spritz of finishing spray to lock in your style.
