Step 1: Starting with dry hair, create a messy side part.
Step 2: Spritz the lower part of a one-inch section with styling spray and wrap loosely around a large curling iron. Hold in place for a few seconds to set curl, release and repeat all over. Curl face-framing sections away from your face and alternate curl direction in back.
Step 3: Run fingers through hair to break up the curls and coax fullness. Take a one-inch section on each side of your part and create a three-strand braid with each. Secure with a small, coated elastic band.
