Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair. Blow dry in two-inch sections using a vent brush to lift roots and build volume.
Step 2: Wrap a one-inch section around a medium curling iron. Slide the iron out leaving a solid barrel curl. Continue with all sections on top and cool for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Place a hair pick at the root and pull outward through each curl to break up sections. Dab pomade on fingertips and then slightly twist wispy pieces around your face. Spritz hairspray all over to provide all-day hold.
