Start with dry hair with loose curl through the length. Create a side-part and take a two-inch section of hair on the same side as your part. Roll the section around two fingers and pin up at the root, flat against your head. Continue with all sections on that side. Sweep the rest of your length to the other side and mist with hairspray to complete your look.
