A little texture goes a long way for Tina Fey's lengthy and side-swept layers.

Step 1: Work a pea-size amount of styling cream onto damp hair. Using a paddle brush, blow-dry two-inch sections straight.
Step 2: Once dry, mist a one-inch section of hair with styling spray, then wrap just the lower portion around a large curling iron. Hold the section in place for a few seconds to set the curl and release. Repeat all over. When curling, roll hair away from your face in front but alternate directions in the back.
Step 3: Create an off-center part and run your fingers through your hair to break up the curls. Spritz finishing spray all over to provide all-day hold.
