Step 1: Blow-dry hair straight with a large round brush, angling the drier downward to avoid frizz.
Step 2: Use a medium barrel curling iron to coil 1 ½-inch locks of hair. Then, finger-combs through the hot curls, creating undefined waves instead of tight spirals.
Step 3: Set with hairspray.
