Step 1: Apply a handful of volumizing mousse onto damp hair. Using a round brush, blow-dry while moving two-inch sections forward and rolling the ends under and in toward your face. Create a slight side part.
Step 2: Wrap just the ends of a one-inch section around an extra-large curling iron. Hold in place for a few seconds to set the curl, and then release and repeat, rolling all hair under.
Step 3: Run your fingers through your hair to break up the curls and coax fullness. Mist with shine spray for added luster and hairspray for hold.
