A twisted pinned-back section adds a touch of refinement to Whitney Port's barely-bent length.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Apply a quarter-size amount of lightweight styling lotion onto damp hair. Use the flat edge of a paddle brush to blow dry two-inch sections at a time while pulling hair straight.
Step 2: Quickly roll two-inch sections of hair onto large Velcro rollers before hair cools from the blow dryer. Allow to set for 10 minutes and then unwind the rollers and finger-style hair into shape.
Step 3: Take a two-inch section of hair on one side, twist it several times and then pin it back. Spritz with hairspray to set your style.
