Whoopi Goldberg's neatly coiled hairstyle is a classic two-strand twist.

Apply a walnut-size amount of leave in conditioner onto towel-dried hair. Take a one-inch section and apply a dab of heavy holding hair gel from the roots to the ends. Divide the section into two subsections and twist them around each other in a clockwise direction. Start at the root and twist tightly until you get to the ends. Repeat with the next section until all hair is twisted.
