Q:How do I cancel the automatic renewal of my paid membership upgrade?
A:You may cancel the automatic renewal of your membership upgrade at any time and still receive the full membership period that you have purchased by following these steps:

1) After you log in, on the "MY ACCOUNT" page, click on "Manage your subscription"
2) Under the "PAYMENT HISTORY" click on "Cancel Recurring Payment"

We do not offer refunds for cancellations made after the subscription renewal date. After your all-access upgrade expires you will still have your free membership account.
